Wilson Henry

Cyber Practice Lead

Personal information:

I'm Wilson Henry, Cyber Practice Lead at Braly Insurance Group. For more than seven years, I've worked alongside agencies, MSPs, and business owners on one of the fastest-changing corners of the industry: cyber risk.

I focus on cyber liability, Tech E&O, underwriting strategy, and risk transfer. That means helping our members evaluate their security controls, close the gaps between posture and policy language, and build coverage that actually holds up when a claim shows up.

The cyber insurance gap is real and growing. Global cybercrime losses now run into the trillions, while only a thin slice is actually covered, and most of that exposure sits with the small and mid-sized businesses Braly serves every day. An average ransomware event can reach six figures while a cyber policy often runs only a few thousand dollars in premium. My job is to help Braly's members understand that math before a loss makes it real.

Outside of work, I'm a Pittsburgh native who grew up around the game of golf and spent years working as a golf pro before moving into cyber insurance. You'll still find me on the course most weekends, and you can count on me cheering for the Steelers every fall with my wife and kids.
